The 124th Afton Fair

Dates for the 2013, 124th Afton Fair will be July 11th through the 14th. As more information becomes available, it will be posted here and on our facebook page.

2013 Events at the Fairgrounds

We have scheduled a number of events at the fairgrounds starting in March 2013, including the Annual Afton Sertoma Club Easter Egg Hunt at 11:00 am on March 23 for ages 2 - 10. Other events include multiple dates for the Afton Fun Shows and Garden Tractor Pullers. See our Calendar of Events for more information on specific dates. Also our first flea market of the year is going to be held on May 18. More information on that will be coming shortly.

The Afton Driving Park Flea Market - May 18

Our first flea market of the year will be held on May 18, rain or shine, and will open to the public at 8:00 am. There will be vendors, crafts, yard sale items and more. Something for everyone! We are seeking additional vendors. Download the rules and application to become a vendor! Please print and share our flea market flyer to help us spread the word!

2013 Afton Driving Park Fun Horse Shows

A number of very successful Horse Fun Shows were held at the Afton Driving Park over the last couple years. These shows, which are growing in popularity, are continuing this year. A schedule has been set up and you can find additional information on their facebook page or their website at www.funshows.theaftonfair.com.

2013 Catskill Garden Tractor Pullers

The Catskill Garden Tractor Pullers have been pulling at the Afton Fairgrounds for a number of year. They pull during fair week as well as other dates throughout the year. Their pulling schedule is posted on our Calendar of Events page.

Horse Stalls & Grounds Rental

Did you know that you can rent the Afton Fairgrounds for special events? Did you know there are horse stalls for rent? If you are interested in either, please call the Afton Fair Office at 607-639-1525 for availability, pricing and other information.

Volunteers

We are in search of volunteers to help out with maintenance of the grounds as well as during the fair. We would especially love to see increased involvement from stockholders. If you are interested in volunteering, please call the fair office at 607-639-1525 or contact us through our contact form.

I-88 Speedway has completed a number of successful years here at the Afton Driving Park and we welcome them back! They have posted their 2013 racing schedule on their website.
